Vanaprastha Tourism combines the concepts of Vanaprastha, ecotourism, wellness, and forest bathing. The book describes the process of synthesizing these concepts by breaking down each of them into their elements and then reassembling them into themes. These themes are then transformed into compounds, reinterpreted,
and recomposed to culminate in the academic definition of Vanaprastha Tourism. It is a new concept of sustainable nature and forest-based tourism aimed at improving the health of tourists through cultural healing while promoting the economic sustainability of the host community.
